Baker - This person will be responsible for bringing some kind of baked good, such as brownies, cookies, cupcakes, etc. They should make 25-30 servings that can be sold for fifty cents to a dollar each. It will be up to this person to decide what to make and to do the shopping for it. Budget for ingredients - between $5 -$8 per meet. Items can be brought directly to the meet at 4:45. 1

Snack Bar - delivery person 

This commitment involves ordering and picking up a lemon/strawberry party pack from Eegee's, picking up ten 10-pound bags of ice from any Burger King (they're the cheapest we have found) and bringing these items to the meet by 4:30 pm. They will also need to pick up pre-ordered burritos from Poncho's Restaurant (Speedway/Craycroft) at 5:00.

Costco Shopper

This commitment would involve going to Costco and buying all the items on a shopping list provided by Karla and/or Rosanne. They will then be responsible for unpacking it and loading it into the snack bar, generally two days prior to a meet. They will also need to endsure that sodas, waters and Gatorades are loaded into the coolers (and ready to be iced).

Salad Prep person - This person will be responsible for obtaining the lettuce and chicken from the snack bar the day (or two) before the meet. They will wash the lettuce, dry it and chop it for salads. They will also season, grill and chop the chicken. They will bring the lettuce and the chicken to the snack bar at 4:45 pm  1 1.
